There is off road parking leading to the entrance way which opens into the kitchen which has a gas stove and living room area. Access to the covered veranda provides breeze and additional light.    The bedroom is spacious and has adequate closet space and en-suite bathroom.  The bedroom is air conditioned.

There is a washing machine for the tenants use and line drying.   The tenant is also allowed personal use of the main swimming pool when the main house is not being used.

Internet and water are included in the long term rental.   The apartment also has roll down hurricane shutters and burglar bars in all windows and security doors in entrance doors.

The owner will not allow pets.
